I read mixed reviews but after looking at some photos decided to give this place a try. I usually spemd over $100 every 2 weeks on acrylic fill (for long nails, usually with designs). I have been getting my nails done off and on for 20 years but lately cant find a good salon.

I’ve been going here since I had a bad experience at another place for my wedding nails, and I should’ve went here all along. Bo, the owner is my nail girl and she’s so good. My daughter and I made an appointment this morning and we were accommodated. Sam did my daughter’s nails. Nails were done very well and Sam has such beautiful and friendly attitude. Can’t remember the other lady’s name. She did a good job with mine !Only sad thing is I didn’t have much money left to give them a bigger tip. They deserve more. I love this nail place. My nail tech is amazing. She educates me on nails and skin. I was about to give up because my nails would never hold up when I’d get them done at other places and it seemed like a waste of money and time. Sam has helped me and taught me so much. I work at a fast paced job and work with my hands. My nails can go for about 3-4 weeks without needing a fill whereas before, they wouldn’t last more than a week. I know what works for me and my busy, active, lifestyle all while looking FABULOUSSSSSS. Thanks crystal nails!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI come here a lot to spend my money, i like to get designs a lot so they told me when i call make sure i mention designs so they have person that does design, i do that and i come in for my appointment at 10am!! and they have someone who previously messed up on designs because she doesn’t do designs to do my nails,and i kindly stated i didn’t want her to do my nails again and they canceled my whole appointment!! This nail salon is amazing. I’ve been coming there for about 2 years and honestly the staff are very nice and gentle and make the visit enjoyable. The last time I went which was in June, I got a full set but they girl who did them was rushing, she didn’t properly drill my nail. She was on her phone half the time she was putting the acrylic on. She went into a room twice and she was in there for like 10 minutes while I was just sitting there with the nails glued on. On two of my fingers she drilled my skin and went inside my nail witch hurts a lot. Until this day my skin is still peeling off of my fingers. I hope my next visit the employees will take their time and give the customer the relaxation and comfort we deserve.
