Every time I’ve gone to Crystal Nails, it was like meeting up with friends. Tina is super welcoming and friendly, as well as talented and super professional. She always blew my mind with awesome nail designs and ideas. She also uses the powder nail polish, which NEVER fades, so you get all the bang for your buck. I would highly recommend Tina and her staff a thousand times over and over again!

Very rude and poor quality work. Toe cut, messy polish and my skin was red a raw from how hard the daughter field down on my skin and nail. The owner accused me of not wanting to pay because I asked for a discount. I didn’t think it would be fair to pay full price. She repeatedly stated that people work “I know how you people are you just want everything for free.” Her racist comment might explain the poor service. I’m truly disheartened by my experience here.

Overall negitive experience. I got a manicure and pedicure. The person doing it was on the phone the entire time which caused it to be done sloppily and with one hand. She didnt remove the bits of leftover toe polish before applying color aswell. Her talking on the phone and pausing to text -also made the experience the opposite of relaxing. My toe cuticle bled from the electric filer during the pedicure and she said it was because of my cuticle being dry not because she was not looking and went up too high on my nail. I have never left a bad review before, but it was pretty bad and I feel I wasted $40. There is also nail polish left on my citicules and edge of my fingers.
