They always do an amazing job and are incredibly kind. I’m a research technician and aquarist so my hands are always wet and getting beaten up. I get the liquid gel fill manicures and their work lasts weeks! Also they care about my nails. I was going to a different place that let my nail turn green, Crystal Nails fixed it in a cinch and actually remembered me the next time and checked on my nail. 10/10 would recommend!

Mediocre. Nail techs were very difficult to hear and understand because they spoke very quietly. It was my first time getting dip nails and my tech expected me to know everything right away and was rushing me. When I sat down I noticed that she hadn’t changed the towel or even the paper towel on top from her last client and many of her tools were not clean. The nails turned out okay but the shaping was off, my boyfriend got a full set of acrylics though and his skin was glued to the nail and there was a large glob of acrylic on the underside of his nail. His tech was also very pushy and somewhat rude.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to Crystal Nails and got dip powder with a gel top coat without thinking anything of it. The next day, I had an allergic reaction because I forgot to tell them no gel! I called them and told them I was having an allergic reaction and they got me in immediately to fix the problem. I was under the impression I would have to remove the entire manicure and waste my money all together, but Vinny simply removed the gel top coat (which was causing my reaction), gave me a whole new design with regular top coat, and gave me a discount for my troubles! Overall this place is very welcoming and relaxing.
