Went to get my acrylics removed left with two chunks of my nail bed removed, causing me to bleed out of my nail beds. Nails were left bumpy and uneven. Nail tech also stabbed herself by accident multiple times causing her to bleed multiple times. Expected a tip. Synthetic nail removal

Made an appointment and unfortunately was 3 minutes yes, you read that right three minutes late and they wouldn’t take me in. Mind you both ladies were just sitting in the pedicure seats just chatting not even a single costumer in the salon. Very rude!!!

Warning – they are cash only. But they sit until it’s time to pay to inform you that their “machines are down”. They don’t change gloves between clients. They also thin out their polishes with a mystery bottle of clear fluid (likely paint thinner) which leads to the polish looking thin and streaky on the nails.

I have been here more than 20 times because of cleanliness and convenience. I always tip $8 cash on a $36 mani/pedi. They will not let you tip on your credit card. I don’t feel like they are grateful or care about doing a good job. Recently, I splurged on a gel manicure and because the woman rushed while putting on the gel it peeled within 3 days. It was very disappointing because I had a business trip and wanted to have professional looking nails. I understand that this may not be the most profitable or rewarding job so I try to make it up by being nice and tipping well. I wish it was reciprocated by being treated like a valued customer and doing quality work.
