I had a previous set from Golden Hands that lifted within the 2 weeks I got them done. Chelsey was up front about not being able to guarantee the foundation, however, I didn’t know that would mean they wouldn’t stand behind their work if they lifted. Before the day ended I had 4/5 nails lifted, not bad, but enough that I could see they lifted. I understand I went somewhere first but I’ve never went to a salon without a 1-3 day grace period on fixing things like this at no charge within that time frame. She was fast and efficient but I’ll have to reconsider if I’d go back or not. Of course I’d have them start from fresh so I can see what they will blame if my nails lifted with them being the original salon.
