Best place around tbh, I’ve tried a lot of nail places in monroe and they all overbook and are crowded and don’t do a good job! That’s not the case at Crystal, I have to venture a little bit out of town but it’s so worth it. Abby is a great nail artist who never says no to a design I bring in. But everyone there is great! not professional at all. first, one of the workers said there would be a 5-10 minute wait which ended up being a 40 and 50 minute wait for me and the person i was with. it seemed they were very understaffed and did not provide any updates or info about when they would take us until we asked. there was a customer that would not stop coughing and while she had a mask on, it was extremely disruptful and made me fearful for my own health. she coughed throughout the duration of my visit to the point where she had to step outside to cough some more. the nails were adequately done, with little bumps and air bubbles and it was clear the lady working on my nails was rushing towards the end, even though they were nowhere near about to close. overall my experience wasn’t enjoyable whatsoever and i will not be returning to this facility again.

The salon staff were really nice and friendly. They provided great customer service. I greatly appreciated the fact they used sterilized equipment on their customers. Regular pedicures are only $21, which I thought was great for the location. I also received the dip powder nail service which was $35. As a nail technician myself I highly recommend this salon.

After relocating back home to Sandy Hook after a decade in Brooklyn I was worried about finding an affordable, quality nail salon to get my color powder manicures. Lucky me to find this place 10 minutes from the house! Clean, professional, and Brooklyn prices! Love this place, been going over a year.

A nice detour from the norm. Really nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. I stopped here around 6:35pm and just knew they were going to turn me away considering they were closing at 7pm. Within 10 minutes I was sitting in Ivy’s chair sharing with her what I was looking for. The service I had was UV gel, Ombre nails French manicure with a slight coffin shape. This was my first time having the Ombre style. I left pleased and plan to return for a pedicure.
