I love this place! They are so nice and bent over backwards to make sure I loved my nails. I had requested a bit of a difficult design but they were happy to do it and had such a great attention to detail and they turned out fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get high quality nails and great customer service!!

I have mixed emotions about this place. They were able to get me in quickly and do nails/toes at the same time. The lady doing my feet was somewhat rough and fast, but not bad. They turned out fine! The atmosphere is not the best. They have boxes behind all the chairs- overall it’s not a relaxing vibe. If I ever needed a quick fix I wouldn’t mind stopping in. But if you’re looking for A+ service this is not my first recommendation. The lady who did my nails was nice.

They are quick to get you in. I will admit that. I do not think they are the top rated. They are mediocre oh, but they are in a pinch. They want to get you in and out so quickly to get other people and that there was actual drip marks on my nails. That shouldn’t be I had a gel nail that should dry immediately. I just need a little more help in customer service and taking some more time with the customers.

I got my nails done for the first time at this nail salon. When I first walked in first thing I took note of how cluttered and disorganized the place looked. That should have been my first clue. Then I asked for a person I know only through a friend. She was doing someone’s feet at the time. I sat there for about 7 minutes I suppose. When another employee came in with lunch she had picked up and sacks from Ross’s. The woman I asked for sent this employee my way to service me. Next thing I took note of, when see came to start giving manicure. She never seemed to have washed or sanitize her own hands. When it came to using the cuticle knife, she cut a little close to nail bed. It hurt! She did a just ok job on manicure, but was not impressed with the service or cleanliness practices. Will not be returning to this place at all. If you want to take the risk of a contracting a fungal nail issue or infection from being cut to deep with cuticle knife. I say beware of this salon.

Critical: ProfessionalismMe and my daughter went to get her nails done and she got a pedicure as well as her eyebrows waxed the lady was nice at first it says my daughter has been going there already consistently she told her she would charge her $70 for everything Amy 35 plus $10 for the masks.
