Honestly the lady was super aggressive , acrylic layer was super thin felt like press ons. Charged me $67 to be left with unsatisfied nails and cuts on my skin. I asked for french tips and she left me with half of my nail beds white. They don’t look like french tips, my friends pointed it out and another employee said that it was because of my “nail bed”. They didn’t bother to fix the issue or come up with an alternative. Personally never again.

I had my nails done right before my trip to Vegas and I received so many compliments on them I love super long nails and my nail tech Tina does an incredible job she’s amazing ✅❤️ she is very particular and precise and WON’T let you leave with a sub par job done. I respect that about her The place is very inviting welcoming and everyone is friendly THIS is my new shop ✅❤️ I am loyal when I find a place I can stay⌚and who can successfully do MY kind of nails, Tina is amazing I included photos next time I’ll take some of the shop if I’m allowed ✅

Absolutely horrible. Im writing this from the parking lot. I just asked for a gel polish manicure. It looks like a 10 year old did it. She also kept dropping the instruments on the ground and using them right after. Save your money. These pictures are DIRECTLY after exiting the salon. Manicure

I went here at the recommendation of a friend… who wears a lot more makeup than me I think. I basically wear none and wanted a natural look but my friend does wear some dramatic eyes daily. Important caveat is I also had to get a redo or fill from another salon that did a bad fill (like literally the extension were catching my bottom lashes— again different salon, not this one.)

There has been numerous times I have come in for a appointment to get my eyelashes done and she is busy doing someone else. Not finishing no like I wait 30 min for her when I have never missed a appointment but she’s still will take people on knowing im coming in.

Critical: QualityThe absolute WORST nail salon I have ever been to in my life!!! I DO NOT recommend using this business unless the look you are going for is club fingers. Mind you yes I was a walk in client for the first time which they politely asked if I could come back in an hour which I did, well it seems it was too close to closing and the technician who was working on my take off / new set obviously had better things to do because she hurried the entire time didn’t even have me wash my hands before polish and I have crooked gross club nails!! I mentioned they were crooked and she just brushed it off like it was my fingers that were crooked! I would have been happy to schedule something for a different day if they were going to be too rushed.. but no they just wanted the money. like getting my lashes done here for the price and she does a job when she’s focused and not having a whole conversation with her coworkers while working on you. This place needs to work on their customer service and work. I went today to get my eyelash refill and she did alright. The whole time working on me she was just talking to her coworker after she was done got up and just left me there in the room without saying anything to me for like 10min she finally comes back in the room and tells me she’s done. She left all these eyelashes scattered all over my forehead I had had to remove them myself. Plus I noticed how she added more eyelash in one eye smh. Her tip went down!

I am a new customer with Crystal Nails and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received! I got a pedicure, nails done with dip powder and my eyelashes extensions filled. Everyone was friendly and in an upbeat mood. The lady doing my pedicure gave me a couple compliments about various things and it set the tone for a great experience! They are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Crystal Nails for all services! It’s a hidden Gem.
