I came here to get a pedicure to match my nails I had done else where, I picked out a color that would match my nails for my gender reveal party, the lady said that a dark color would look better didn’t like the color at all then I asked for small rhinestone to be placed randomly like my nails and she put them all in a row she also made one of my toes completely raw and burnt my toe nail with the drill and then charged me $55 for these I am absolutely so upset and cried in my car I will never be back. I wish my nail guy did toes as well because I would have had him do them

My mom and I got pedicures while my sister got a gel manicure here today. Although our feet and cuticles look nice. They switched workers and had a different woman paint our toes. She was in a rush to get to other people and it shows. They both look pretty bad and have dents/ are very uneven. My moms also has nail polish on her cuticles. My sisters manicure was done by the same woman who painted our toes. It has bubbles in it and is already peeling the same day she got it done.

Had appt. for 11am. for myself and my granddaughter. Came in and she had 2 others in chair and asked us to come back at 12:30. We came back at 12:20 only to find 2 other people in spa chairs waiting for their pedis. Finally put us in chairs, rushed thru pedis, didn’t ask what type of pedi we wanted, and had us out of there before the 2 people that got started before us were done. First and last trip to Crystal Nails.

My nails look absolutely horrible!! I was rushed and they were rude! They had no one else in the establishment, but me and I was transferred around to two different people only get back to the person I initially had started with. They kept losing track on what they were doing with my nails that they didn’t even get the initial old shellac off of it.

I used to go to 88 Nails all the time. But they changed. Quality dropped and customer service was, well, awful. So I started coming here last year. They are absolutely WONDERFUL!! I just love coming here rain or shine, they have always been happy to see me and make my feet and heart smile! Give them a try.

I went here 3 days ago. It is a very small place and felt very cozy, the staff was friendly and kind. I got shellac nails put on for the first time in a LONG time, so my nails were all natural and strong. She did a good job on the shaping of my nails. The design on my ring fingers (just a spider web for Halloween) is a little iffy, but I’m not super picky so it wasn’t a big deal. What is a big deal to me is I paid $31 +tip for these nails and they are already lifting. I have 3 nails that are lifting and two that have these weird chips in the middle like there was a big bubble or something, I really don’t know.. I’ve never had the bubble thing happen before. I’m really sad because I don’t get my nails done often, and this just reminded me why.

Worst nails I have ever got! I got a fill on the first of this month and then the following Friday my gel shellac quickly came off my right thumb nail. I went in for a fill which they did for free of charge but I got the worst looks possible. I even tipped a dollar because I felt bad for asking. Well again my nail is peeling and now all of my other nails are chipping. I used to love this place but they have been slowly declining over the years.

Worst set of nails Iv ever gotten! I asked if I could come back and have them removed the next day she said yes for a charge. I had gel police all over my cuticle and fingers as if a toddler painted my nails! My pedi was great but it was done by another lady in there who doesn’t do anything but pedicures and brows.
