If you’re going to get acrylic nails, don’t waste your money. I’ve been here twice. The first time, my nails were not symmetrical but I wanted to try them again. My nails are again, not symmetrical or smooth and I am going somewhere else to get them fixed. Not worth $53.

Crystal nails is my favorite spot for a a little “treat myself” afternoon. I typically get a manicure and pedicure here and I always love it. The massages that go along with each are heaven, and all the women who work there are incredibly sweet. Others have complained about the wait, but in my experience as long as you book with a day or two notice there are no issues. If you walk in and there is a wait, I think that is expected. Love this place and will definitely keep coming back!

I made an appointment for a manicure. I arrived a few minutes early to make sure that I had adequate time to choose my color. The salon was quite busy but after checking in, I waited an additional 30 minutes and was completely ignored. And when did manicures become so expensive? I paid $27 plus tip. I will not be returning. Nice and elegant place, good service. The only thing I don’t like it’s that i had my French style acrylic nails twice, but it only last for a 12 days the first time, the second only a week, before they start to getting so ugly. I don’t know the why. Since I am not working right now.. i don’t see a reason for it..

Been coming here for years. I’ve tried lots of other salons, keep returning here, and now I dont bother going anywhere else. This one is the perfect balance of fast efficient service, a really great pedicure, and nice foot massage. The staff is so friendly, and the place is very clean.
