Very disappointed. Got my my nails done Saturday. Lady in the front row far right. Everything about them is terrible. I brought all my siblings to get pedicures & the service was so plain. 4 pedicures 2 acrylic total $148. You have lost a customer. This work does not look like someone who’s been doing this for 20yrs. They are embracing.

I came to take off my dipping nails. The lady didn’t even soak my nails but cut them off and used a fake nail to flip them off my real nails. Omfg it was hurting so bad, although i told her, she kept on doing that.

I know you guys have seen those videos where the nail lady is way too rough on their clients, well I’ve actually found it. Not only that looks like they don’t even clean after every client, dust and nails of previous client right by you and just plain sight. Also rude not sure why she was mad the whole time. First and last. Save your money and run.

The person that did my pedicure did a great job on the other hand the person who did my acrylics did a horrible job when I told her she kept saying the were nice my hand has glue all over my nail polish wasn’t even nicely put on when I tried to make a complaint to the person up front in charge he said he didn’t know anything about nails what is he doing there . Horrible experience don’t come here and to make you feel even more uncomfortable they start making uncomfortable remarks in a .different language.
