I had tips put on and they were not put on very good. They were shifted sideways a little bit and I was told my nail was to wide for one and he put the smaller one on instead of filing down a top or making one fit better. Also he painted my cuticles and my finger. So I had a really bad experience. I went back to have them fixed and he didn’t even see what was wrong with them. The actually acrylic that was put onto my nail is not smooth at all. Or very uneven. I have a few nails where one side is thin and the other side in thick. I will not be going back

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in to get a set refilled and showed the guy what I wanted. As he’s doing my nails I told him I didn’t want to see the underneath nail he started raising his voice with me saying he knows how to do nails and I don’t. He completely did my nails horrible and I don’t even want to be out with my nails like this. They’re uneven, thick, and my nails were not even dry when I left. There’s powder caked on underneath the nail. The salon was disgusting and they didn’t even wipe down the counter before I sat down. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Went for two pedicures today as a walk in and we were seen right away. Got the deluxe. Thought they were very well priced and extremely nice. My only critique is they use a tiny little fan to dry your toes. And they definitely had me go too early, my toes were not dry. My right foot is now a little messy but my left looks great. Will definitely be back again but will double check my own toes before I go.

Asked me why I was sitting in the parking lot so long before coming in, which was kind of strange. Gave me a dirty bowl to soak my nails in (getting gel off). Had a toddler running around touching all the tools and making a lot of noise. I have kiddos, too, but I don’t bring them to work – and especially not to a place that’s supposed to be sanitary and peaceful. I let them know I was going to just take them off and changed my mind about putting new gel on, and the female technician began to aggressively file my nails. Yikes. I will not be returning.
