I decided to go back since they did at least acknowledge my review (see below). This time I only went for an eyebrow wax and was in and out in less then 10 minutes even though it was busy. Someone else did my wax, this time an older lady, and she did a great job with shaping. I still love it days later. Price was $12. Thirteen total. I guess if you go for a wax opt for the older lady. Am I still salty about my visit before? Yeah, hence the new 4 star rating.

Took my mom to get an acrylic overlay and they did a horrible job, super bulky and NOT what we asked for. Everytime we tried to show them what we wanted they would argue and say no we were wrong. Also they charged $40 and we left 0 tip because we were very unsatisfied and when we check our bank they went ahead and added a tip of $5 when we clearly signed the receipt of 0 tip! Check your bank to make sure they don’t ROB from you either.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWife went in. Poor service. Refused to do what needed to be done. One excuse after another. Even used the wrong polish, other then what was requested. Very poor customer service. Overall poor quality of finished outcome. Definitely don’t recommend them. Wife very upset.
