I got these done hot pink had to go get them repainted and 1 replaced. my nails keep breaking off they are worse then press on nails I am so Disappointed paid $120 for my nails and feet then had to go get them repainted and one nail replaced for $15.00 more since I got them done I’ve had 3 nails come off so terrible. They didn’t paint fully on neither.

My mom and I came in for pedicures. I basically got a $30 foot massage with nail polish, but they didn’t trim my cuticles or do the normal things to give you “fresh feet”. I’m not sure they sterilize the equipment- most people bring them out in a steri-pack and they just keep their tools in a plastic tub.

Been going here a while and used Kathy but we will no longer go here. My brother bought my mom and I gift cards to use here. $75 each. They did not want to honor the gift card at first claiming it was only for $15 when it clearly had 75 written on it. Got that squared away and the next time my mom went to use what was left of the gift card plus pay the extra, they made a huge scene in front of everyone in the facility and said that gift card wasn’t right and she was “too busy” for her when there was only 2 people in the store at the time. The man in there started arguing with her about the gift card again. It was very unprofessional and they clearly don’t care about customer service now that I’ve read through more of these reviews. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll even attached photos of where they wrote the remaining balance of the gift cards for our next visit (AND PUT THEIR INITIALS) which they refused to honor so therefore they’ve stolen money from my brother. The date is when it was purchased so we have until December of this year to use it.

I repeatedly had to pick out my dip color just to have them mismatched my fingernails and toe nails. I’ve had lots of bad experiences here with acrylics but trusted that maybe it’d get better. I was wrong. Not too long ago, I had gotten a acrylic set and there was just so much wrong. They didn’t glue the nail on mine properly, didn’t file anything down, and didn’t do the color I asked for with the ombré. Because they were put on wrong, they came off very easily. When I had called and told them my issue they had an attitude. Waste of 95$. Wouldn’t recommend

I love coming here this is one of the only places that my mani and pedi last the longest! Overall very friendly staff my only complaint is wait times is high, sometimes I wait 40 minutes or more just to get started and an additional 1.5 hours for my nails to get done.

Wanted me to file my nails to show her the shape i wanted…then proceeded to cut my nails too short and got an attitude when I didn’t like them. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve been here several times, had to wait a long time most of the time but overall enjoyed my experience and nails. I come in today, it’s actually not busy at all. I wait an hour at least and the lady who does my nails is completely rude and annoyed by my existence it seems. I was merely getting a fill which is typically $25 (not listed anywhere in the store btw). She asked if I wanted them cut, I said yes, and she did not cut them. I should have said something but I didn’t because they weren’t really that long. I check out and now all the sudden it’s $40 for a fill which has never been the case and was never reiterated to me while she was doing my nails. Had I known there was a difference in the fill price based on the nail length, I would have made sure she cut them. She made it very clear that she does not care about her customers by repeatedly blaming it on me and saying “I don’t care”. Very very poor customer service considering I have always been super patient every time and always tip.
