My daughter got her nails done here and they were incredible!!!! The service providers name was Ty. We were supposed to go back today for her follow up appointment, but unfortunately, she got very sick and we had to cancel. I hate cancelling last minute, but they were very considerate and kind. We would recommend Ty to anyone! He does AMAZING work. We will be back as soon as we are able!

Ok so recently my mom and I had a problem with crystal nails to be specific it was Kathy. We came in her establishment asking for our nails to done and she said she was busy we could come back at around 4:30pm mom and I both said that’s to late. Ty spoke up saying he would have to look at my nails to make sure my infection was better. Kathy spoke up and said Come back at 12:30 mom n I agreed.when we came back Kathy took mom outside embarrassing mom accusing her of disgracing her. The only thing we said after walking out the door was it said no appointment needed and laughed and said well that’s a lie. bad place to walk into when your an empath. You feel a deep depression while you there. Note to Kathy You are wrong in doing what you did. How about you apologize to my mom and I for making us upset. And by the way my finger has a bacterial infection from quest where. So there are my thoughts People learn to take a joke and be nicer to your customers. Good luck in your life.

My first time at Crystal nails was so amazing Mimi took her time and really helped me so much with my toe nails and she talked to me and made me feel super welcome and really just made the experience all the more great I highly recommend people try them out I will be coming back to get my nails done by Mimi in the future from now on and she’s very knowledgeable about nails and things so I felt like I was in very good hands.
