Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going to this salon for almost 5 years. Stephanie the owner, is such a sweetheart. She’s Vietnamese and has a strong accent but I’m from NYC. I have such a respect for her efficiency and work. I recommend my friends to her! I also use luminary nail hardener with my gel manicure to make them last longer. I have been going to this salon for almost 5 years. Stephanie the owner, is such a sweetheart. She’s Vietnamese and has a strong accent but I’m from NYC. Crystal Nails was great. I was able to get an appointment easily, when I arrived I had NO wait time! The service was nice. My nails are a little thicker than I prefer, but look great!

Got my daughter’s nails done for her 14th birthday. Stephanie put the set on and was so wonderful. She even repaired the set a couple times. Took her back to get another set. The gentleman put the set on. They are beautiful. Thanks a bunch

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get my nails done with my sister and the guy that did my nails cut my fingers repeatedly with the electric tool that he was using and caused me to start bleeding on some of my fingers, then he didn’t listen to me when I told him how long I wanted the nails and made them much longer than I wanted, all my nails were different shapes and sizes and looked ridiculous. I went to get my nails done with my sister and the guy that did my nails cut my fingers repeatedly with the electric tool that he was using and caused me to start bleeding on some of my fingers, then he didn’t listen to me when I told him how long I wanted the nails and made them much longer than I wanted, all my nails were different shapes and sizes and looked ridiculous. I wouldn’t waste your time or money going here!

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get my nails done by a guy, everything went amazing but one hand was way different then the other side and the paint job was sloppy. When he drilled them down he cut 5/10 fingers! When done my fingers on my left hands was different sizes and shape. I don’t recommend this place!

I walked in and was greeted immediately. Had a 11am appointment and they were right on time. Lizzy did my nails and she did an awesome job. Very. Professional and enjoyable tech. Clean and open salon. I now have my new nail place. I highly recommend .
