I will never go back. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at the places in the mall but I went after work for a fill because they were open late. I asked for a short coffin and this is what I got. Some are round some are square. The lady wasn’t even paying attention to my nails when she was doing them. Absolutely the worst nails I’ve ever had.

Went in to get a gel manicure. ****The woman ended up cutting into my cuticle so far I ended up bleeding for the entire time I was there.***** It wouldn’t stop bleeding so I volunteered to come back in the morning to finish that nail. I paid and she mentioned a pedicure for the next day and I was assuming it would be free. So I went back the next morning, she finished the nail and offered a pedicure.. so I said sure. It ended up costing me $48 for the pedicure… ON TOP OF THE **messed up** MANICURE I HAD TO PAY FOR the night before.

I had to wait almost an hour and then was told that they don’t do designs on nails only stickers, what nail place doesn’t do designs? Anyway I went along with it then the guy started talking in another language and laughing while doing my nails so I felt like they were talking about me. And it cost $53 for a basic gel manicure

Not going back. End result depends on how busy they are. They actually don’t do gel nails. It’s acrylic Torn cuticles, rough edges, bumpy finish. Nails are so bad that they get caught in your hair. Gel manicures

Critical: Quality, ValueI went and got a basic acrylic set. I waited 3 an 1/2 hour in the waiting section before even sitting the salon chair. I was very disappointed already, and then it got worse the worker didn’t push push my cuticles back. And when I asked for my colors he insisted I got a different glitter.. he was also very rough with me nails. Went for a pedi and the place is very dirty… gunk stuck in all the crevices of the seats. Very disorganized as in all the stations were messy. The people working there seemed very sweet but sadly the place just was not clean.. Pedicure

I put my name down for a mani/pedi/full set. I waited and waited and they kept passing me up and taking the other people who just walked in. Finally I sit down for my nails and I asked the guy for a manicure with acrylic set, he did not do the manicure. I wanted a French tip and he “couldn’t” with the color changing nail polish. The guy finish and sends me to wash my hands, I come back and he is ringing me up, I told him again what I was down for, and so the younger guy takes me back and does my pedicure. Zero complaints about the pedicure, he did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted. The older guy charged me $95 for a mani/pedi/full set which was not supposed to be more than $80 as listed on their pricing board. Plus I never even recieved my manicure!

Very unprofessional. I was waiting and was never greeted or asked what I wanted. A lady walked in and no one said anything to her either so she asked me how long I waited so far and I said 15 mins. JOHN screamed at me and asked if I worked there.Take your hard earned money to someone who actually appreciates you and does a good job.
