Now, one thing I don’t mind is paying for great service but this nail salon rips people off, , very rude, don’t greet at the door, never go to the guy who sits at chair 3 he is younger looking and his service is bad, he kicked me out the nail salon for trying to charge me 60 plus for a fill in. Previous I asked for a price book they didn’t have one , later I asked why 60 when the board said 40 , he proceeded to create his own prices and began to stumble over his words once he was caught in his lie. Do not spend your money here you can find phenomenal service else where .

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityGot there at 1030. Just wanted a dip set. Was quoted a ten minute wait time. My friend was there with me. We signed in at the same time. She was sat well before me. I could have been soaking the old set off. They rushed through my best friends set. Literally did a full set in 15 minutes. Shape is terrible. She has pieces of acrylic all over her nails and the polish job is terrible. Then they finally sat me down just to soak. After soaking for 40 minutes my fingers felt like prunes. I told them just to take this off and let me leave. She didn’t even get all the acrylic off and my hands look a mess and she charged me 20 bucks. Never again.Got there at 1030. Just wanted a dip set. I normally enjoy the salon. I have gone to the location numerous times for a pedicure. There was a customer that brought children into the location. She was screaming at them to sit down and they were doing whatever they wanted. I have nothing against children but they should not be using the nail salon as a playground.
