Super disappointed. Unprofessional, dismissive, would definitely never recommend. I strongly recommend to ask whoever does your service for their licenses number to look it up on site to make sure it’s not one of those deals where you pay $500 for a fake license. I went in on Saturday 12-10-22. I requested an overlay fill & some simple Christmas plaid design. Being in the nail industry myself, soon as one of the young ladies who started doing my nails cut me 3 times with the drill, I should have walked out. I stayed, was rotated between 3 people. Finally, what I presume to be the owner, finished me up. Poor poor customer service. Picking the gunk out of her teeth, eating it, then continuing to handle my hands. Designs were sloppy, gel polish was bubbly & lines were bulky & rushed. I had to ask her twice to put more acrylic b|c she was more focused on catching every penny from clients that walked out, than my nails. Monday, less than 24 later, both areas I had to ask her to apply acrylic-broke off. I called today to get it resolved, she continued to tell me that “it happens with overlay b|c my nails are probably thin”. She had every excuse in the world with zero accountability. Less than 3 days, nothing should be peeling off or chipping. Then she was “kind enough” to tell me I can come in as a walk in tonight (less than 30 minutes to close) to have them redone for half of the price. So I’m expected, after paying full price, to pay half for your mess up?? Nah. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog. I wish they put the same effort into their work as they do making the shop look nice. First & last time-I will not be returning. I’ll take my loss & move on.

This place is beautiful!!! The young ladies here are so kind and talented. The service was great and my pedicure was fantastic. But what won me over is how helpful they were with my 1 y/o baby. They even put cartoons on the TV to keep her entertained. They didn’t have to do any of that but they very gladly did. I also love how they collaborate and work together. Please support them!

I took my daughter here for her first set of acrylics and a pedicure. Inside was very clean and the decor was pretty. The staff was friendly, courteous and very patient with her indecisiveness. Very happy with the outcome, her “artist’s hands” were transformed and she had a very positive experience!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThey only accept walk-ins which is fine but if you only accept walk-ins then you need to be fully staffed, not just 2-3 people working. I understand there is a worker shortage but then you shouldn’t take more clients than you can handle. The man who did my nails was polite and understanding whenever we held conversation and was very very good at removing my grown out acrylics to put on a fresh set, there was no pain at all – however he moved to multiple other clients while doing my acrylics. I had waited for 45 mins for him to start which is fine because that’s how it works when you only take walk-ins. But the fact he had to move to about five other clients while doing acrylics on me isn’t good customer service. They should have turned me away and said they didn’t have time, that would’ve been fine. Paid around $60 and left $20 tip cause I know everyone’s gotta pay their bills – I didn’t like my set though but they were so busy and as soon as he was done with me he just got up and walked away, no goodbye or anything, so I didn’t feel comfortable asking for them to be fixed. They were uneven and the acrylic was lumpy even after filing. I had to go home and refile them myself and match the polish used. From far away they looked good, at a glance, but otherwise you could tell they were rushed. Not worth the $80, so I won’t be going back. I highly recommend The Nail Bar across the way instead. They are engaged and attentive with their clients and instruct you through every step of the way and don’t leave you through the entire service because they book properly.Service: ManicureThey only accept walk-ins which is fine but if you only accept walk-ins then you need to be fully staffed, not just 2-3 people working. Critical: Professionalism, QualityCompletely unsatisfied with my experience here, walked in not busy Natalie says sit over here after waiting almost a hour she seems to be the only one doing nails and pedicures at this point with 2 other staff members in the building. one of which painted my 2 year Olds nails, no complaints about her. Then Natalie comes, totally unwelcoming, very short and honestly rude. I needed a fill in after 2 weeks, let’s just say my nails look better when I walked in the when I did out! They where crooked ( I said something about it she said oh your fingers are crooked) REALLY well she didn’t like my complaint filed down 2 of them and just walked away said nothing and started a women’s pedicure. I was shocked. I’d look better with stick on nails from family dollar. Don’t waste your money here, super rude and honestly a embarrassing effort from the owner. 2 hours later $43 wasted.Service: ManicureCompletely unsatisfied with my experience here, walked in not busy Natalie says sit over here after waiting almost a hour she seems to be the only one doing nails and pedicures at this point with 2 other staff members in the building. one …More

Gary and kelly are amazing. I went in feeling old and down on myself and leaving A Queen. Thank you both for the service, the communication, and the laughs. Never been more impressed. Well worth every penny.
