I wish I could give them 0 stars. Literally the most unprofessional nail salon I’ve ever been to. I have no words. They don’t greet you when you come in. Nobody acknowledges your existence. Some girls in there are good at doing nails but I don’t care how good the nails look if you’re downright rude and unprofessional. I got acrylics done there a while back and the tech didn’t let the nail completely dry under the light and they smudged on my clothes. I’ve never had that happen before. I decided to try them again because I need last minute nails and they’re close by.. never again. Unless you know somebody personally in there and are going straight to them.. don’t go. Don’t try to walk in. Don’t text for an appointment like they say to do because they don’t answer your texts. Just stay away.

The staff is very friendly and Niki my favorite is always there for me when I need her they are reasonably priced in the work is amazing they do not do an up charge for city work like Venus nails and spa located in the same plaza everyone go to Crystal nails it’s the best place and it’s really family oriented I love the atmosphere!

This was the worst fill-in I’ve ever had in my entire existence thus far. I walked in, skeptical at first, but I put my trust in them to do a good job. The lady who sat me down to do my nails, had no clue what she was doing. I wanted short square nails with gel and acrylic fill-in. Instead, I got acrylic covering my cuticles, a round shape, the acrylic was bumpy underneath and she didn’t even wipe the polish off on the bottle before it applying it. My nails were so thick with gel and acrylic, I was embarrassed to even show them to anyone. My boyfriend told me that my nails looked like they had been done in someone’s bedroom at a sleepover. I had called this place back as soon as I left because I was so embarrassed, and the person that answered, was the lady who messed up my nails!! She told me I could come back, and I did. But I wanted a different person. Mercedes helped me and made my nails look a lot better. She had to redo the entire thing because the acrylic foundation that was applied by the original woman (Nancy) who did my nails, was so bad!! Unfortunately, I do not see myself ever coming here again. I felt like for the money I paid, I could’ve done a better job myself. I shouldn’t have to tell the nail tech that she needs to file my nails better or apply the gel and acrylic better. It was terrible I wanted to cry. This was the worst nail experience I ever had. But thanks to Mercedes, she made it a little less bad. I should’ve just asked for a refund and went to my usual spot. I only came here because I just so happened to be washing my car across the street.

Had a funeral to go to. Wanted a couple of gems glued to my nails. Never had a problem there ever until recently I’m always getting pushed to people that don’t know what they’re doing. I spent $140 in there and came out with the worst nails possible. The glue was dropped on top of my nail not under the gem so it came off and looked HORRIBLE! I went to the funeral with such a mess, i told the manager before I left and she could careless. She asked the nail tech why she did it that way and kinda didn’t wait for the answer and just walked away. I’ll never go back.

If I could give this zero stars I would! They were employee’s children running around, screaming, crying, Rolling on the floor, and playing baby shark videos the whole time I was there. The children’s parents weren’t even working on clients. The pedicure took an hour and a half and it was completely awful. just a complete train wreck, no a/c really at all either.

I stopped in today to find the place completely remodeled. It looks so good. The Staff and atmosphere are so friendly. The owner did my nails. Lucky me!!! Go check it out you will not be disappointed.. Pedicure
