Critical: ProfessionalismThis was my second time going to this place. The first time the lady was nice, but didn’t do a good job on my overlay. I wanted her to fix it the second time I went, but she was doing a pedicure. Upon entering I told them I wanted a fill in and a pedicure. The mad doing my nails was beyond rude. I was telling him the problem my nails, the whole time he was being nasty and rude to me. He even told me after her started to leave. I was very tempted to, but since he had already started I stayed. After getting my nails done I waited for my pedicure. The pedicure guy was about fo take someone else. I told him o was waiting on my pedicure. He said he didn’t know. The man that did my nails told him not to take me. They were extremely rude and this was extremely bad, bad service. It took a lot for me to not blow up, I didn’t want to be the. “Angry black woman” so I just left and went somewhere else. This was my second time going to this place. The first time the lady was nice, but didn’t do a good job on my overlay. I wanted her to fix it the second time I went, but she was doing a pedicure. Even while he did my nails, I told him how I wanted them and he would try to over talk me and tell me what he thought was nice. Not what I wanted. And he was incredibly slow. Nails peeled and messed up less than a week of getting them done (4 days). Went in to try to get him to fix it, “I can’t help you”. The male there did a sloppy job on nails and refused to redo. Even while he did my nails, I told him how I wanted them and he would try to over talk me and tell me what he thought was nice. Not what I wanted. And he was incredibly slow. Nails peeled and messed up less than a week of getting them done (4 days). Went in to try to get him to fix it, “I can’t help you”.
