I was super disappointed in my toes. i have been getting my nails and toes done since i was 15 years old and i never had a bad pedicure until today. This was my first time at this shop and it will be my last. first of all they gave me the new guy. Second of all I was sitting in the pedicure chair for an hour and 30 minutes before I got up and couldn’t take anymore. I should’ve knew something was wrong when I came in the shop and nobody asked me what services I wanted. If I were you I would turn around if you ever come in contact with the shop. if it let me post this review without giving it any stars I would have

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf your a new customer ,I do not recommend! This my second time at this salon and it wasn’t the best the first time but I was hoping for better the second time. I went at 6:30 pm for my nail,feet, eyebrows. They closed at 8. My feet looks good but my nails and eye brows were rushed jobs. My eyebrows wasn’t plucked or cut no shape just wax. My nails were the worst bad shape, and I ask for square shape,nothing fancy. Air bubbles,one of my nails had chipped, my cuticles just horrible. So I went back the next day at 10:30am they sent me back to the same lady and she rushed again and did the same thing over . My chipped nail is fixed and bigger than the rest of my nails, still badly shaped and my cuticles are still horrible . She fixed my eyebrows at least but I’m not going back. LOVE LOVE LOVE the workers here that’s why I like coming, but the quality of work is very low. Not the place to go for rhinestones or top notch design or shape ideas. Stick strictly to polish and go. I got my nails done Saturday 7.9.22 afternoon (it wasn’t too busy at all). Today is 7.11.22 and just look at my stones LOL!! I’m not upset because I know where to go if I want quality work, but I did not expect my stones to fall off THIS fast. I was giving it a week at least lol they were sooooo pretty too. Oh well – won’t waste my money anymore on anything other than an overly and polish over there like i knew already. I blame me for this one ladies.

I visited this place on 3/29/22 for a pedicure and manicure. I was seated right away and the older lady began my pedicure. I wasn’t given the opportunity for my feet to soak or anything. The pedicure was over just as fast as it began. I mentioned to the lady that it was the quickest (rushed) pedicure I ever had (9 minutes to be exact) and she was ready to polish my feet. I know she gave me a rushed job because there were two clients there before me getting pedicures and she was ready to polish my feet and these ladies were having their feet polished. I don’t know why she was rushing, they weren’t even busy. She then start doing a little clean up work with the cuticle clipper and CUT MY SKIN!!!!!! I was bleeding like crazy but the icing on the cake for me was she acted as she did nothing wrong and wanted to continue. She kept pulling my foot towards her(and talking to her colleagues in their language) and I said, “ don’t you see that I’m bleeding!!!!!! “ she was so uncaring and inconsiderate!!! I didn’t want her to complete the pedicure so I asked her to stop. She never apologized for cutting me but she did let me know my service would be $20. I paid her and left. I would never return to this nail salon again.I guess the moral to this story is with some people, it’s money over everything.

I wish I could give them no stars because I went today and it was the worst pedicure job and the $65 dollars that I paid was a waste of money. That what I get for trying to stay in the neighborhood. It was the worst pedicure that I have had in all the years of going to the nail shop, which has been a long time. The bad reviews don’t lie. They need to get someone else to do pedicures because this is how my feet look after I got home. I don’t do nails, but correct me if I am wrong, isn’t cutting the sides where your toe nails are curving into your feet part of a pedicure service? The sad part is, while I was there, people were coming in asking for the special and nobody said anything to me about a special so I guess those are the regulars. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go somewhere else. Does anybody have any referrals who does nails and pedicures and know what they are doing because it is obvious that Crystal Nails does not.

I came to this salon because it was 3 mins away from where I was staying. I needed a pedicure. They said they would accept walk-ins but I should have turned around and left. I was told to go sit in the pedicure chair and I was left their for about an hour. The place isn’t clean. I’m used to a fresh package of nail tools being opened or at the very least taken out of the uv sanitizer, this place did not do either of these things. A nail technician made some derogatory comments about the lady sitting next to me toe nail thickness. At this point I left. I can not patronize an establishment that has poor hygienic practices and awful customer service. They had a steady flow of customers so I suppose the people in the area like their work but I require a higher level of service.

I let the man at the front seat do my nails and it was a mess my nails polish gel polish started peeling of3 days after getting it done.but the 3 ladies that was recommended to me was full.and I really need my nails done that day.ask the customers who can do NAILS before you let them do it.

So I called before I went to ask about pricing. They gave me prices but once I got there and the service was almost done they gave me a different price a higher one. They are typical Chinese people they seem nice but really in it for the money, They blatantly talk about the customers to each other in their language but it’s so obvious no matter the fact that they think we’re stupid and don’t understand the language. From what i hear thats what they do at the nail salon and its normal .But for me i dont like paying for a service and being judged and observing others being judged and blatantly talked about the whole time. I feel more comfortable giving my hard earned money to respectable people. I would probably not go to this place again . To each its own.
