1st and last timer. I took a chance quick and sloppy. I have a dinner to attend tonight, but I don’t have time to stop for nail polish remover. My nails are really embarrassing I want to cry. I should have just opened the window and threw the $20 out the window. I’ll never go there again. I was looking for a quick place near my job to go to in a pinch be they clearly aren’t it. Never will I go there again, and I wouldn’t recommend the place. Babygirl don’t waste your time or money!

First & LAST time here!! i had went in for a full set and i called ahead made an apt for 6 for a gel polish full set. told it was $35. went in at 5:45 didn’t get taken back until 6:30 my nails were so crooked i asked her to fix 3 nails they were so bad and so bad i cut them to this length.. got coffin shape without being told it was $5 extra.. but on top of that she made my two pointer fingers significantly shorter than the rest and i asked if she could make them longer so she re glued new tips on.. i got nicked 3 times and i had to ask for a paper towel because i was bleeding and she just kept going. by the end of this i paid $40. Kathy was who did them and she was frantically doing my nails because another woman was screaming at her about how her daughters nails weren’t being soaked while they were waiting and they were assigned one nail tech for all three of them.. just don’t waste your time honey!

I made an appointment for 12 pm for manicure and pedicure. the lady that did my manicure completely did a terrible job she rushed thru the whole manicure. she cut my nails uneven and Didn’t even put full polish on my nails . She was going to do my toes but I refused and asked for another person to do my toes because I knew she was going to mess up my toes as well. Lucky the lady that did my toes did an Amazing job.

I Always Come here for a Gel Pedicure, Get 2 Colors on my Feet & Acrylic on my Big toes. Always the Same price (45$) today I got 1 color & the acrylic on my big toes & it was 50$ The lady was rude & Cut My skin while filing the acrylic. 50$ & they didn’t even put anything in the water while my feet were soaking; just the simple scrub down, file and painting. Never again. I could have did that at home for Free. These places are getting out of hand. I asked why was the price difference when I didn’t even get 2 colors like I usually do & she says 5$ for each acrylic when it is usually; 2 for 5 … won’t have my services again & it’s unsanitary my blood got over the drill and materials and she placed them back into the cabinet without cleaning them.

This is my new nail spot!! I went for the first time today and Jenny did my nails & eyebrows. But a guy did my pedicure and they both did a great job!! I didn’t have an appointment but I didn’t have to wait long. Really great customer service. There prices are a little more expensive but for the quality you get its worth it. Definitely recommend this place for all your nails, feet, and eyebrow needs!! Very happy customer!!

Nevertheless the owner continued to welcome others in and seat them almost immediately without bother to acknowledge me. Although my appointment was set and theirs were walk ins. Finally getting in the chair at 3:30-4:00 I was nicked and cut/burned numerous times due to the woman rushing to answer phones and get others seated. She was busy but one of her workers could have handled it since he was playing Call of duty instead of aiding to the 13 other people who made appointments. She didn’t follow the length I gave and also gave me gel without giving me an option. I put my hands under the gel light and noticed my gel started to shrink. I was charged 70 dollars for a full set I did not get to choose. First time customer, new to area. This was one of the places recommended to me. Thought I would give them a try. The wait is long to be serviced. Staff is nice. Selection of polishes is large. Products they use are very nice smelling and feel great on the skin. Not all implements are sanitized. After using a Dremel drill sander on a previous client she started to use on my toes. I asked her to stop. Even when showing she was going to sanitize it I still was not comfortable with that. Files that have been used on previous customers she was going to use on me as well to file the nails. They don’t clean up their station or floor after they’ve serviced a previous client before the next client comes over to that station. I had a nice experience as far as the products used and the massage that I was given but definitely I’m not satisfied with the cleanliness of the salon. I will not be back.
