Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been coming here for years. They are the best nail place in an area that doesn’t have a lot around. They are busy but in my opinion that just shows you how good they are. People wouldn’t wait for a mediocre nail service but they do for quality nail service. I always get what I ask for and lots of compliments on my nails. Waiting 15 minutes isn’t bad because they are so good they get your nails done fast. Pedicures are so relaxing and clean. I have been coming here for years. They are the best nail place in an area that doesn’t have a lot around. They are busy but in my opinion that just shows you how good they are. People wouldn’t wait for a mediocre nail service but they do for quality nail service. I always get what I ask for and lots of compliments on my nails. Showed a picture of exactly what I wanted, had to change what I wanted to accommodate them, made me pay before she started, then she still did not do what was agreed on. Then she left me to start on another customer. I asked her if she could finish mine since I already paid or to give me my money back and I would leave. She did not give me my money back and went to cut off all my nails. Thankfully I paid with credit card and will be disputing the payment with my credit company. Showed a picture of exactly what I wanted, had to change what I wanted to accommodate them, made me pay before she started, then she still did not do what was agreed on.
