The worst manicure I’ve had in years. After Julie finished my pedi, we moved to continue with manicure and that’s when her regular, as I figured, walked in for mani. Julie was obviously in rush to finish her work with me. And although I do understand that, as a service provider, you care more about your regulars than vacationers who will be gone in 2 weeks, it still feels unfair and disappointing because I booked my appointment ahead of time and… you have to take pride in what you do, whatever it is that you do. And by the way, I used to give myself a better quality mani in my high school years!
