( pre pandemic to present ) I enjoy getting my nails done a little more frequently than most… so I appreciate their flexibility. They always honor my appointment time and always take the time to complete my nails to my liking . Unlike other shops , I have never had an issue with sanitation . They utilize dividers , ( one between technician and another between you and the client next to you ) they use disposable liners in the foot bowl , they offer personal nail tool kits ( your own buffer and file ) and the overall atmosphere is fresh and void of that harsh acetone smell. If you want a design … ask for Hannah she is very patient and meticulous. Just left the salon after an awesome pedicure and gel refill!!! I have been a client at Crystal Nails for three years. I have always enjoyed the services provided Mike, Tea and the entire staff in a welcoming and professional manner who are very conscientious of their clients needs!! The shop is always very clean and bright with the menu of their services clearly posted at the check in desk, conveniently located in the Eagle Plaza near my home in Voorhees. It is wonderful to experience exceptional customer service which is why I continue to visit on a regular basis!!! Looking forward to my next appointment!!

Stopped in for a refill. Left without even finishing the service. The nail tech who started my nails couldn’t get through taking the polish off my hands without picking up his phone at least 7 times to text. Extremely unprofessional. getting your nails done is already a time consuming practice without having a nail tech who was stopping ever minute to be one their phone. I got up and walked out.

The nails I got here are fine. I made an appointment ahead of time for my sibling and I to get gel manicures. We waited 30 minutes and 45 minutes beyond the scheduled time for each of our manicures to start. So, if you want a salon thats on time, don’t come here. I probably wouldn’t bother scheduling in advance. They also acted odd when I asked us to be seated next to each other. My manicurist was really rough on my nails. She even used an electronic file on my natural nail bed even though I had no polish on my nails. I left with some gel polish hardened on my skin. I’ve honestly gotten much better manicures at this price before. Probably won’t come back.

In June before leaving on vacation, I had gel nails done, and I was quite happy with them. Due to my profession, I had to get my nails cut after I got back. This is where I’m annoyed.My nails weren’t totally removed, and I didn’t like the way she was removing them. My real nails are still visible behind the artificial ones, and they are beginning to lift up from the cuticle, which hurts. so due to the latter experience I rateit 2stars

My go-to for a quick gel mani. I always get squeezed in right after work and it’s the only place where my gel mani doesn’t peel off after a week. Do the two coat instead of three and you should be good with your gel mani for 2 weeks+.
