I consistently go once per month. I have never had a bad experience. They always stand by their work and strive to meet their customers’ wishes. When I broke a nail, they fixed that nail with a replacement tip at no charge! I did offer to pay. It was so seamless I could not tell it was different than my other nails.

My daughter had a manicure here, and the manicurist was so rough that her cuticle was bleeding. The lady complained that her finger wouldn’t stop bleeding and put nail glue on it make it burn very badly. The paint wasn’t smooth and there is even a small streak of blood on one of her nails. This is the worst experience I’ve ever heard of. I’d be happy to share pictures of her scabbed cuticle if needed. Their license should be evaluated.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. Prices are great! I’ve gotten multiple styles and shapes and types of designs and the staff always gets the job done nicely. Family friendly and they also take walk-in.

I’ve been going here for a little over two years. Never had bad service, always a positive experience. There were a few times my shellac chipped, because I work with my hands very roughly at times, so I called to book an appointment to fix them. They charged me nothing, unlike many other salons.

My first time here. I was looking for a good reasonable place near my daughter’s home and this one fit the bill and then some. It was a very casual place with some nice extras. Kim did my pedicure, manicure, and a little waxing. I appreciated that she did not rush through. A nice surprise was that a neck and shoulder massage was included with manicure. I loved the water wall and lots of plants, too. Low lights would have really completed that picture but they do need to be able to see after all. I was very happy with the service I received and did not observe anyone who was not.
