Critical: ProfessionalismWent here last minute and was ecstatic that they got my daughter and I in the same day. She a manicure which was okay but my pedicure was the most excruciating experience I’ve ever had. I informed him that I had ingrown toenails and not to cut them, he asked if he could do the top which was fine but continued to cut way down before I could blink. The scraping along the cuticle had me wiggling in my seat and even after I continuously told him no cutting, it hurts alot!! He still did it, I should have walked out. Now it’s going to be a painful few months as the nail grows . Went here last minute and was ecstatic that they got my daughter and I in the same day. She a manicure which was okay but my pedicure was the most excruciating experience I’ve ever had. I informed him that I had ingrown toenails and not to cut them, he asked if he could do the top which was fine but continued to cut way down before I could blink. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey forgot about our appointment and had to call their tech that they had already sent home. My nails are breaking and I had them fixed but the tech refused to do a full set and fix all of them and now they are breaking again. Do not go here.Services: Manicure, Pedicure
