My appointment was at 3:30 I wasn’t taken back until 4:20. Then I wasn’t given what I wanted and I asked nicely for him to fix it and he didn’t. Then proceeded to tell me that he didn’t have enough time for what I wanted. Not only that he took a walk in before an appointment, so that isn’t my fault he didn’t have time for what I asked for. I asked him for a refund or for him to fix it but I wasn’t really looking for a refund I was more looking for it to be fixed but if he couldn’t do that then refund my money I would like them to be fixed but he was very disrespectful and declined either and then says we’re bothering him and don’t call back or he’s gonna call the police and proceeds to hang up and and block my number. I don’t recommend this place. Very disrespectful.

I love getting my nails done here! I work with my hands and so my nails take a beating and look rough if they are not taken care of. Previously, the times I have gotten my nails done have left them dry, thin, and easily cracked. All of my experiences here have been with people who really care about my nail health as well as the actual manicure! They always take their time and make sure my nails are perfect before I leave! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good spot to get their nails done!

Omg im in love with this place! I feel like a million dollars when I walk out even if its just a fill day. My toes last over a month. Its a very calming environment. The gentleman that ownes this place does my nails and omg do they look incredible all the time. I could go longer then the 2 weeks but I enjoy my nail spa days for sure. Im bad about making appointments and I have never had a problem just calling and getting in with in a few hours either. Great customer service!!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went with my children by appointment to get fills this time. They were super accommodating and quick, yet our nails were done so well. Unfortunately we were there during a situation where a woman kept changing her mind on what color she wanted but also demanding they hurry up because she had plans to get to. They tried to accommodate the request for different polish changes. She threw up her hands and rudely yelled at the nail tech “if you don’t want to do my nails I can go somewhere else”. The owner told her that they would remove the most recent color for her so she could go to a salon that might have the color she was searching for. They only asked that she pay for the manicure service but would discount her the cost of polish as they didn’t have what she was looking for. She said nothing. When she went to pay she refused to pay for the service. Overall I think the owner did the best he could trying to accommodate and the fact she couldn’t pay the $20 for the amount of service she DID receive was ridiculous. This salon is great and we are always repeat customers. They will listen and work with you if you don’t like what they provided. They try to be fair.
