My nails look great and the leg massage with the pedicure was amazing. They use the correct sanitizer. My friend tried to call and book an appointment because we wanted to both get pedicures for her birthday but no one ever answered the phone. When we came the next day the man stated it would be an hour wait just to start one pedicure. It seemed like a nice place and it didn’t have a huge chemical smell like some places but I won’t go back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady that did my pedicure was wonderful but when it came down to my nails my nails was terrible! There was acrylic coming off the side of my nail and I was explaining to man and I was trying to get them fix! He was rushing like he had something else to do! It didn’t look professional and it was bumps everywhere on my nail and he refused to fix it so I will no longer be going back there because I paid the money and never got my service corrected. even when I told her son he act like he didn’t see the problem. Okay, we have been a customer here for two years now my daughter and myself. Mr. Tony is a good nail technician and pedicurist, and Mr. Hung. Kung can paint nails good. However, when it gets crowded things change and work get a bit sloppy. The price is moderate for the quality of work provided. This place is always clean, quiet and a spa-like experience. I love the condiments offer to pedicure clients. However, just maybe appointments could solve the need for rushing or perhaps new employees for walk-in if feasible would stop when frustration arrives in this business. On the other side when frustration arises they still maintain professionalism and class.
