I would usually never complain about nails, but this is probably the worst dip manicure I have ever gotten. My nails were not soaked properly, seeing how my nail tech kept leaving to do someone else’s nails. Afterwards my nail tech continued to try to drill off the old dip polish. It still wasn’t off when she applied a NEW dip coat, even left an old nail tip on that I tried to point out was left on. It came out so bumpy, not the shape I asked for at all. Also I had long nails when I came in and she completely filed them down by the time I left trying to get the right shape (almond). Literally went over my cuticles with dip polish and got it all over my skin. Gave me hangnails trying to file harshly and didn’t even have me wash my hands or clean the leftover acetone all over my hands before leaving. Just go to another salon and save yourself the money!!! I believe her name was Vivienne who did my nails.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going to see Le at crystal nails for a couple of years now and I am always impressed with how quick she is and perfect my nails come out. It has rarely happened but if there is ever an issue with chipping or breaking she is always very happy to fix them at no cost. I’m especially thrilled with my latest set that she did for my brother’s wedding.. I have been going to see Le at crystal nails for a couple of years now and I am always impressed with how quick she is and perfect my nails come out. It has rarely happened but if there is ever an issue with chipping or breaking she is always very happy to fix them at no cost. I got an acrylic set with gel and some of them are crooked. She used a callus remover under one of my nails and ripped skin and is now bleeding a lot. I told her right before I left that it was bleeding, and it seems like all she did was put glue to stop it. She didn’t care whatsoever. Also super thick and awful looking. They were nice, pretty much it. Do not recommend going there. My friend also got the same thing done, hers came out entirely crooked on one hand. The nails have no apex whatsoever, just a straight line. some are different sizes and while the lady was nice the nails did not come out so great.

I went to this salon to try a new place in Bridgewater since I just moved here. I called to make an appt at 3pm for 330pm. I arrive on time and have to wait 20 mins in the chair without water. No big deal but sitting with water would be nice. Maybe I’m just used to my old place. Then I get the pedicure part which was just ok. Nothing special and the massage portion was maybe less then 3 mins long total. The woman paints my toes and puts me under the dryer and immediately asks to be paid so she can have her break. Ok fine but maybe I should have waited to look at my toes before paying. I check them out and they are all bubbly and look smudged even though I didn’t hit them. I ask them to be fixed and she asked me to change my color incase it was the polish so I did. It happens a second time after being under the dryer and now the owner has to redo it a third time and leave her paying customer to fix mine. I do not recommend this business at all. The whole experience was very poor and took a little over a hour and half for a 45min service. I think they should have offered my money back after going through all of that. I will not be returning!
