Critical: ValueI came in last night to do a basic Mani Pedi, of course they try to upsell me to get a gel or spa pedi mani. I said no thank you just basic. While they were doing my Manicure the lady starting to bring out the UV Light for gel setting. I informed her I said no gel, just basic polish. She said that gel lasts longer, I told her no I do not want gel, as she went to go back to place the light, I noticed she had prepped my nails for gel which had really bothered me because I dont like the damage it does to my nail bed. I was told it was $35 dollars, so I went to the ATM to withdraw $40 and the woman only gave me back $3 dollars instead of $5!!, i asked her then to break a $20 I had into $5’s so I could tip the ladies and she only gave me back $15, I told her, no give me all the money back and I will then hand you their tips. It was so frustrating that I was cheated out of $2 dollars because they want to be sneaky. I came in last night to do a basic Mani Pedi, of course they try to upsell me to get a gel or spa pedi mani. I said no thank you just basic. While they were doing my Manicure the lady starting to bring out the UV Light for gel setting. I informed her I said no gel, just basic polish.
