My daughter had her nails filled and painted. Those turned out well. I had a pedicure from a lady that was rather rough and couldn’t seem to figure out how to use nail polish. The polish was slapped on then a brush was used with acetone to remove all the polish from my skin. This was her process for every nail. She used so much acetone that it would run onto my actual nail where the polish was supposed to be so she’d start over. After she finally finished and the polish was dry, she decided to file and clip a few nails. This caused them to be rough looking and chipped the polish. I didn’t want to be rude so I didn’t say anything, but as I went to pay, I paid a lot for a pedicure that looks like I did it myself. I rarely treat myself so I’m very disappointed.

Randomly stopped here on a Sunday for a walk-in pedicure. This place was clean, organized and smelled great. The staff was attentive and timely. They made you feel welcome. I will definitely be going back.

It was my very first time going in there, it is really lovely inside and spacious. It looks like only two ladies working there tho (not sure if others that worked there had the day off) the one who did my toes, she was really sweet and gentle (I have sensitive sheen’s) the bag with the warm lotion at the end was really nice and soothing. The lady who did my nails was really kind and focused on my nails . I can’t stress enough for costumer’s please call in for an appointment so they don’t feel rush if you just walked in this lady walked in and 15 mins later trying to rush her to do her next ♀️The nail lady was like if you don’t have the time to wait you can leave even if it’s your first time there, give them the respect to make an appointment

got my nails done about a week ago for my birthday here. i came in with red nail polish on my natural nails. he removed the nail polish but left some on the sides which is clearly visible because my nails are partly clear. as you can see my nails are also lifting. it’s been ONE week. the lines for my nails are crooked and poorly done. safe to say i’ll never come back here.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy little sister and I took my mom to get matching nails done for her birthday. We leave on vacation tomorrow and wanted to treat ourselves. The online picture is what we wanted and the other three pictures are what we received. The painting is messy and all over and around the nail bed. When doing the palm trees on my hands, they completely smeared it and thought it looked acceptable. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied not only with the final product but also with the customer service. Even after asking to fix it (which I am not a confrontational person and am quite shy), they gave me attitude as if it were my fault. We were there for what felt like forever and then after giving me attitude told me to sit back down to get them fixed. Which, at this point, I just wanted to leave. They also cut all three of our hands. An appointment that was made for relaxation turned into an unarguable horrible experience. I have never written a bad review.
