It was dirty and they have a fish tank that is 3/4 full with fish in it. There was stuff all around like the didn’t have any storage space. I had noticed that they used a used nail file on my fingers. They were nice but I didn’t feel comfortable there. Then 1 week later gel polish is chipping. Too much money for what I got done.

I never get my nails done and I got a gel manicure and pedicure at this salon two days ago and I now have an ingrown toenail and my fingernails are already chipping. I wanted to treat myself to some self-care and I wasted $90 on something that only lasted one day and has now injured my toe. Worst ever. First the gentleman was on the phone the whole time, not hearing anything you say. Second most important he used everything without sterilization. He had to repolish because he did not smooth the toe nails. Keep in mind he was on the phone from the beginning to end. Not clean and they need to sterilize their tools. That is a health issue. When I noticed him using the pommel it was used and dirty.

DO NOT GO HERE! First off I thought I would try it because I had a coupon that I received in the mail for $25. At which as you ladies know this is a great deal. But they of course didn’t honor this and had add on prices for everything if you want any length it was 5 more dollars, gel nails it was 15 more dollars. Then my nail tech hurt me multiple times never apologized once, the nail lengths are all uneven, the shape is not what I wanted after repeatedly telling her in attempts to have her fix it, then my nail polish doesn’t even go all the way to the tip. I was clearly unhappy and none of them even cared, and didn’t even offer me a discount or to fix them. Horrible customer service and they will judge you for price in whatever way they can and not honor the coupons that they pass out. If I could have rated 0 I would have now I am having to spend more money to get them fixed.

I went there on a Saturday for a full set of gel nails. The lady that did my nails seemed anxious and distracted. The nail buffer scraped my cuticle, the nails were thick and crooked. It’s Tuesday and it looks like my nails look like they were done two weeks ago. I wouldn’t go back to this nail salon if it was the last one on Earth!!
