My gel and acrylic nails last for over 3 weeks without chipping – they still look great and just have growout, otherwise I could keep wearing them for over a month! Crystal Nails is one of the best places to get your nails done in the Grand Rapids area. My gel and acrylic nails last for over 3 weeks without chipping – they still look great and just have growout, otherwise I could keep wearing them for over a month! The staff is lovely and accommodating to what you’re looking for and always asks me if I like my nails. I typically show photos of what I have in mind and they do their best to match. Amazing staff! We have a bridal party of 10 ladies that were supposed to get our nails done at another salon. The salon didn’t tell us that they would only have 4 technicians available so we arrived and realized we all wouldn’t be able to get our nails done. We called Crystal nails and they called more staff in to accommodate 5 manicures and 5 pedicures right away, we are so appreciative! Thank you, you all are awesome!

Critical: QualityDo NOT go to this nail salon. I go to the same nail salon and have for the past year. Unfortunately they couldn’t get me an appointment when I needed it so I went to Crystal since a friend recommended it. I got dip done on my nails Monday night and by Tuesday morning it was chipped and cracking on three of my nails. The lady that did my nails made the dip super thin and I believe that’s what caused this. I don’t even leave Google reviews but I don’t want someone to have the same experience. My nails have no ripped with the polish and look terrible. I went back in today (48 hours later) and they couldn’t squeeze me in to fix it. Please take my advice and don’t go to this nail salon you’ll be disappointed in the quality of your service and nails.Do NOT go to this nail salon.
