I’ve made several appointments at Crystal and I still have to wait 30 plus minutes to get my nails done. To this date, I haven’t been able to get my nails done here because of the ridiculous wait time. Even if you make an appointment, they won’t honor it so don’t waste your time.

The customer service is unfriendly. They overly pander to only one ethnic group. My nail service was rushed with white polish underneath lurking under my polish. Do not go here under any circumstances!! I came in to take my SNS off and they were so busy they didn’t even take the top coat off and asked me to sit with nail remover for 20 mins. You guessed it- that did nothing but WASTE MY TIME. STAY AWAY

I have to agree with some of these reviews, dont waste your time on making an appointment because they will not honor it, walks in take priorities for them, a big sign of disrespect to loyal customers, they dont even apologize, they are rude with attitude, terrible customer service. I cant believe i went there for so long, they are always talking loud in their language and you know they are laughing at you. Disrespect to the max!! Anna though is nice and gave me great pedicures!!

Favorite place to get a mani pedi. I am so happy with my nails. I’m going to Disney world and wanted to get Disney themed nails. I showed them a picture and got exactly what I wanted. Very happy. And will definitely go back!!

Love, love, love this nail salon! Came in with my friend and we were immediately seated together and our manicures started. The technicians talked with us both throughout our whole visit, asking questions, telling us about themselves as well, and laughing with us like we were old friends. We were both so happy with our experience at Crystal Nails that we came back the next day for pedicures and were just as pleased the second time around.

I used to love going to this place as I was a loyal customer for 10 years. Recently, the owner has been thinning out the regular nail polish to make it last longer. Everything from the quick dry to the top coat. The owner kept insisting that I needed to get gel on top of my acrylics to make it last the full two weeks. I love the technicians, but the owner just won’t invest in newer nail polish. I will not be coming back there anytime soon.
