Zero Stars. I made and confirmed my appointment a week in advance. I received 2 notifications that my appointment was being changed. The office was changing them not me. This was definitely a red flag. On the day of my appointment it was changed again without my approval. ( I have all the text messages and history that this occurred) I called the office and a woman with a heavy accent answered. She was a total B****. I let her know to not change my appointment and that her changing my times without consent was wrong. She refused to keep my original time and refused my refund. This was a total scam. It’s hard to say weather it was the entire office running this scam or just the woman that answered. If the doctors that work this office see this review, they should contact me immediately, I would be horrified if I knew my staff was treating customers this way.
