Crystal Gardens Massage & Energy Therapy

Critical: CommunicationI made an appointment online and tried to call and ask questions because their website did not clarify what services included cupping, but my call went to voicemail literally 10 times despite me checking to make sure they were open. Tried to call the other number on the website and they said they weren’t affiliated with crystal gardens at all and was a separate entity. After finally getting on the phone with someone, she seemed incredibly unsure and scattered about what I was asking and made me feel very uncomfortable about allowing her to work on me because she did not seem to understand what I was asking at all. I changed my appointment at first but ultimately canceled because I do not want someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing potentially causing more damage instead and I definitely wouldn’t be able to relax and get a massage from someone who made me feel so uncomfortable over the phone. I made an appointment online and tried to call and ask questions because their website did not clarify what services included cupping, but my call went to voicemail literally 10 times despite me checking to make sure they were open.
