My initial review only had a one star rating. However, I am now responding to the rude reply to my rating. Not sure what “unreal” expectations mean. As a black woman I was recommended to your spa by my previous spa because the machine needed they didn’t have for my skin tone. I had no expectations at all. I asked a lot of questions about laser hair removal and was told different things. However, I still tried the process. After trying the process I would not recommend it. However, I do think laser hair removal was a waste of money for me. I was very nice to everyone here and I am just sharing my honest review. I wouldn’t recommend.

I was running a little late because I had car trouble but everyone was so understanding and I appreciate their flexibility. Evelyn was my massage therapist and she is incredibly knowledgeable and even recommended some exercises for my troublesome knee! What a gem! Evelyn did such an amazing massage – I need the “get the knots out/fix my muscles” kind of massage and she delivered! I am sending my husband there as soon as I can get an appt for him. Patricia was so lovely. You can tell that whole-body health is her passion.

I loved this place. A very serene environment. The staff Julie and Patricia took exceptional care of me, and made great conversation. This really helped me relax since I was slightly nervous about my first time getting microneedling. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They also explained everything I needed to know about the procedure and the after care. Ill be back and look forward to trying more of their services.

Really appreciated the kind and informative treatment I received here! Having anyone with a laser around your bikini line is definitely anxiety-producing, but everyone here was extremely friendly and patient, explaining everything that was happening and making me feel comfortable. The offices are clean and homey, which also made me feel comfortable — it’s like getting laser hair removal in your living room! When I finished my series of treatments, no one pressured me to buy anything else or sign up for more treatments, which I really appreciated. Compared to other places I’ve been, where service was brash and impersonal, the service here was a relief. And after 5 treatments (I missed one ) 90% of the hair was non-recurring — it’s my fault on that one treatment, dang it! Everyone here was so nice I will probably book a follow up to finish it out.
