Very cool place. Lol. The cryotherapy is a great experience especially after being in the sauna. The guy that was helping me out said I would burn 2000 calories just by getting in the sauna and cryo chamber!! The leg compression made my legs feel so good !!! I bought a 5 package deal because who doesn’t need to burn 2000 calories and feel great doing it!!

Very satisfied with the personnel and services. So far I’ve had a Swedish massage monthly with Jeanine which I look forward to every time. I feel great after one of Jeanine’s massages. Jeanine is skilled, professional, knowledgeable and a really nice person. The space is clean and inviting and the front desk person is very helpful and knowledgeable about all available services. Hope to eventually try some of the other available services.

Just had my first session here as a birthday gift, definitely not something I would normally get for myself but after today it’s definitely something I have to do again. The leg and hip compressions blew my mind with how much better my body felt. The foot detox was crazy. I can’t believe how much it pulled out! The employees were all super friendly and informative and I can’t wait to be back for my next visit.

Everyone if you’re ever in the Summerville or mount Pleasant area it’s a must you come check out this spa. It is absolutely amazing I do the fire and ice sessions that are amazing. The staff is freaking great especially Kim and the Swedish massage with hot stone Mrs.Jeannine gave me was out dis world I tell you. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this fabulous spa. Great place and the owner Greg is awesome so y’all come see them ok.

I can’t say enough about this spa! After one session including the sauna, the crytotherapy, and the Normatec for the hips and legs, my pain went from a 10 to a 2. I slept for the first time in two days and woke up the next morning with even more flexibility than right after the session! I’m a believer and will continue coming here without a doubt! 🙂
