Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI am absolutely pleased and amazed with my results so far. I had the cryo slim done on some stubborn belly fat. The treatment was fast and painless. There is a slight cold sensation and a warming sensation. The procedure takes about 40 minutes depending on where you are having it done. The salon is very relaxing and the owner is so friendly and will make you feel at ease very quickly. She explains everything to you so you know what you can expect. I am absolutely pleased and amazed with my results so far. I had the cryo slim done on some stubborn belly fat. The treatment was fast and painless. There is a slight cold sensation and a warming sensation. The procedure takes about 40 minutes depending on where you are having it done. I saw immediate results when she did my face and received compliments in the following days, the arms and legs take multiple visits but I am seeing results. Upon arrival I was offered the delicious coconut water and whisked off to a private waiting area while I waited for my (always punctual) appointment to begin. Some of the services I’ve gotten in the past are …spray tans before vacations which always looked very natural & my personal favorite , 80 minute massage with CBD oil. Each massage therapist that I saw were very professional, informative and gave an amazing massage. I would definitely recommend this spa.

Positive: QualityI have done two sessions on my stomach. First session list 1/4 inch and second session was another 1/2 inch. Very happy with my results. Patti is extremely personable and truly cares about her clients and what she does.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWhen I first saw the advertisement on Facebook I was super excited. Paid whatever amount it was which was $59 and it was just like a trial thing and I thought that was a great price for the session. I was communicating with somebody by the name of Amy and we set up an appointment and then something happened where her son got sick and I was okay with it I understand so we rescheduled and after it got rescheduled I want to say three times now and I’m calling to see when my appointment is I’m not getting a response from nobody. Very poor customer service I left many messages voicemails text messages and no response. I finally send an email and the response to my email was there sorry for my inconvenience they didn’t know that was going on but either way I demand it for my money to be back in my account by the end of that week because this is ridiculous they get you’re excited to take your money and then now they want to ignore you. When I first saw the advertisement on Facebook I was super excited. Paid whatever amount it was which was $59 and it was just like a trial thing and I thought that was a great price for the session.
