Had a great time at Cryofit. Did 30 minutes in the compression boots and a freeze. The boots felt great, I thought 30 minutes was perfect. I would wear sweat pants or shorts next time cargo pants were a little uncomfortable. The cryo chamber was awesome not painful in anyway. Definitely will wake you up. I feel really good after and can’t wait to do it again.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI purchased 3 sessions of the cryo-facial and spot treatment on Groupon. Their customer service is A+. I called the day before to ask a question and they couldn’t pick up since they were with clients. Within 2-3 minutes they were calling me back, knew I had an appointment the next day and took the time to answer questions. Upon arriving, I was impressed with how clean and professional it looked. Greeted immediately and was given a tour (they offer quite a few services). I wish I remembered who did my cryofacial and spot treatment since she was excellent. I thought the cool air felt great and refreshing. My face looked radiant for about 8 hours and the inflammation in my neck and top of shoulder area I selected for the spot treatment was significantly reduced. I called the day before to ask a question and they couldn’t pick up since they were with clients. Kim and Dustin were super friendly and knowledgeable. The IV therapy was amazing and helped me recover from vitamin deficiencies and dehydration and not to mention the wonderful salt room I got to relax in during my treatment. I will definitely be back! Thanks Cryofit!

Love this place! I have lupus and Hypothyroidism and the NAD treatment helped a lot. I also love the IV’s!! If I have a migraine they are the first place I go. Very caring staff and fun to visit. Highly recommend!
