Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been going twice a week for the past few months for IV Drips at New Berlin and was so excited when I saw they opened a location 10 min from my house in Delafield!! The new facility is beautiful! I love the layout and the high end feel. It almost feels like a spa! Again – all I can say is wow!! I feel amazing! As a person who has Crohn’s Disease and who doesn’t drink much water, these IV Drips have been a lifesaver for me! I feel more energized, focused, hydrated and know I’m receiving the vitamins that my body doesn’t absorb through food! I have been going twice a week for the past few months for IV Drips at New Berlin and was so excited when I saw they opened a location 10 min from my house in Delafield!! I tried the infared sauna today because of migraines. It felt incredible. My neck and shoulders were relaxed, my overall feeling was calm, it was so refreshing. Next will be a special trip to the cryo chamber and a migraine prevention IV! Thank you team for helping me on my no-more-migraine journey!

I gave the 3 stars because I liked the cryotherapy season but felt rushed to leave. They didn’t ask how was your session or would like to sign up another. All I was asked if I wanted to check out. Prices weren’t very clear from the beginning as well.
