I finally caved in after hearing all the hype about Cryotherapy. On a recent out of state trip I had a bit of downtime and decided to look up the closest Cryotherapy Spa. Without question I picked the perfect place, especially for someone who has never done this before. Beau is knowledgeable and is an excellent educator making me feel confident and comfortable for a first timer. After the treatment I felt like a new person. The facility is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly and clearly passionate about the services provided. The only problem I have is that I don’t live in Wilmington and will have to find a place close to home. I most certainly will be going to Cryo Cove every time I am in Wilmington though!

The owner is always present and not only willing to deliver the best customer service, but also delivers the education and knowledge of the health benefits of cryotherapy combined with healthy diet, sleep, and hydration. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The location is also convenient and I am able to maximize my benefits from other lifestyle choices by choosing Cryo Cove. Fantastic experience! I’m in my 50’s and have various aches and pains from old wounds/surgeries. I’ve never tried cryo or compression therapy, but when I stepped into CryoCove I was compelled to give it a try. The place is so welcoming and clean and the owner is extremely knowledgable and passionate about the benefits and the science behind the therapies. I can attest that it really does work. That nagging pain I had lived with for years was gone and without any medication! I can’t recommend CryoCove enough!

Went in for the first time because I needed a last minute V-Day gift for my wife and I know she’s been wanting to try Cryotherapy. Inviting entrance when you walk in, manager/owner who greeted me was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Package I purchased was reasonably priced. Hasn’t been used yet but wife will write a follow up review on her experience.

I am an active 73 year old male. I continue to play golf and baseball. I just returned from The Roy Hobbs Baseball Tournament in Florida. For the last 6 years I would return with an injury…hip, quad, hamstring, shoulder, etc. I signed up for the monthly session of Cryo prior to the tournament, and not only did I feel great after each session I believe the sessions helped me to stay healthy. I will continue the Cryo sessions. Do your homework about Cryo. The benefits are fantastic. You will also enjoy the customer service. The owner is passionate about making sure they meet your needs!

I play baseball in college, recently had surgery on my arm and Cryo Cove helped the healing process Tremendously. The workers here really take pride in what they do. They love helping others and gettting your body to feel better than ever. Even once I’m done with rehab on my arm I will continue to come here. Highly suggest becoming to a monthly member if you play sports, have aches or pains, or just want to feel better doing regular day activities.

Went to cryo cove and it was down right amazing. We did the cryogenic treatment and the forced blood flow and it helped so much, I do construction for a living and it’s very rough on the body. If you want to have longevity in whatever work you do, make this a routine! Helps so much!
