First off, super clean and welcoming facility. This was my first time doing cryotherapy and I was a bit nervous. Staff was great and the 2 minute cryo session was amazing! Also, did a 30 minute Normatec session on my legs which felt incredible. My body felt amazing after leaving. Cannot wait to get back. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love the ambiance and overall vibes Cryo Skin and Body has. I tried the normatec and it felt so good on my legs. After I was done it felt like I was literally walking on air. I definitely recommend the normatec (leg compression boots). Everything in here is so nice and clean too! Super duper relaxing.

Loved this! I came to try to get pain relief for my frozen shoulder. The cryotherapy was really cold but not unbearable. I got the introductory package so I was able to try the Cryotherapy, the infrared sauna and the Normatec. When I explained that my problem is a frozen shoulder, Angelina suggested trying the Celluma. I will report back on those results.

Today was my first time coming in and I have to say that so far I am very impressed. The place is very nice and relaxing. Amanda gave me a tour and explained each process to me. The Normatech feels amazing on the legs and feet. I can not wait to try all the other services.

This business was an awesome experience! I was treated like a Queen I tried the cryo therapy, normatec, cryo facial and a face slimming. Here’s my before and after I’m blown away with my results! The staff was amazing showed me everything I needed to know I was extremely comfortable and the spa is super clean and sanitized after every treatment. This spa and those girls rock! I will definitely be back for more services!
