If you aren’t going to Cryo Nation you are missing out! During our first visit we did the Cryotherapy, oxygen bar, leg compression and I received a B12 shot. I am currently doing weight training and this place is AMAZING for my recovery days. We literally did not want to leave… we felt THAT amazing! Mackenzie (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was an absolute rock star! She gave us a tour and was extremely knowledgeable! We will definitely be back!

My experience was 5.0, AWESOME!!!. The whole team made me feel comfortable and made me want to come back. I got in the chamber. I came out with less pain than going in. I feel better in back and knees. Got on the roller table, that felt good going up and down my back. No regrets. If you want to relieve some pain and stress on the body, please try them out. Great service! They treated our family so nice and spent lots of time explaining everything. Did cryotherapy, normatec leg compression, oxygen bar, picked up alkaline water and there was still more we can try next time. Well priced compared to down in Dallas too. This was a big help after putting in over 150 miles running in August!

My children are very active athletes. They are soccer players, swimmers, runners, flippers and more. One of them got injured because she was training hard but not recovering hard. After we tried chiropractic and PT they told her to stop soccer and she was still not better.

Great facility, and great members working there! Can’t go wrong with whatever you use, it’s all gon have ya body feeling relaxed and refreshed! Their cryo machines & normatec boots are my go to. Not only does the cryo machines recovery your body, but it also help you sleep. This cryo facility is NOT just for athletes. I definitely recommend everybody to check this spot out.
