I’ve used several of the services at Cryo Fire. About 6 months ago I had gotten some issues from long Covid so I was using the hyperbaric chamber and sauna with great benefit and results riding me of the inflammation Covid brings, boosting my immune system and detoxing. I’m still coming in for sauna and I discovered they have compression too. I’m trying to increase circulation and get some vericose veins under control. Also the sauna is helping with my passive cardio, IFR benefits and detox. I highly recommend this facility. Very nice employees, clean environment always prompt with my appointments and values my time.

Great team! Jaydon helped explain the services to us first timers. He was very helpful in finding what exactly our needs were and what would benefit our body best. We went with the membership and are really happy with all the benefits that come with it! Must try!

Justus, and his team are so informative and amazing. They truly do have a passion behind helping others improve their overall health, mentally and physically. My hyberic oxygen chambers have help me so much, in more ways than one. Justus has even offered my close family and friends to try out a few things within his spa; just to get a feel of things. Amazing welcoming environment you won’t regret coming here ❤️

Do not waste your time and the infrared sauna. There are gaps all the way around the door. No sweating. No professional I complained did not do any good he was training someone didn’t get my money back. Did not want to give any stars. I couldn’t post without one.

John is an AMAZING massage therapist!! I Never had a massage before him and I’m so happy that he was my first one. I’ve been having pain in my foot and lower back for so long and thought it was just something I had to live with. Until I went to him and after one hour session my pain is completely gone! John is so knowledgeable, professional, kind, has good energy and so funny!! He’s been doing this for almost 20yrs and you can tell he loves what he does. He will give you so much knowledge that you can take home to understand and better yourself. If you are on the fence about visiting, just go. You won’t regret it! Plus Jaydon (the receptionist) is an amazing person with an amazing personality and you will feel sad to stop your conversation with him to go to your session.

This place exceeded all of my expectations. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the service is top class. As a runner and someone focused on extending the amount of useful years of my life, it’s like Cryofire was made for me. If you’ve ever wondered how people at the top of their game perform at such high levels, dig a little deeper and you will find they have access to these therapies and use them regularly. Their monthly memberships are super affordable compared to any other way to gain access to this equipment. By the way, I have no association with the company, I just walked in on a whim after grabbing a couple avocados from Sprouts and realized after just one session that this is exactly what I’ve been looking for.

I’ve been bringing my daughter here for cyro sessions since summer 2019. She plays basketball year-round and tends to have injuries. The sessions really help her recover. Recently, we signed up for the monthly membership to get the HBC and some other stuff. The staff are super knowledgeable and really care about my helping my daughter recover.
