CJ was so friendly, listened to what I hoped I could get out of this type of therapy, and answered all of my questions so that I felt comfortable in with the process and therapy I signed up for. I tried cryotherapy, red light therapy and the compression therapy. When I left I felt amazing. My knees did not bother me at all. I could definitely tell a difference in how my body and muscles felt for days after. I will be going back.

I had the best experience at Houston Cryo Club in Mocity, my muscles are not sore anymore and I also learned so much about the benefits of the chamber aka the beast… I was surprised I lasted the 3min but extremely happy I came out like NEW! I am in love with Cryo. I wasn’t a believer at first and didn’t think it would help. But it more than helped. I have six rods in my neck and I could never turn my head to the left. With Cryo for the first time in 7 years I can move my neck and it didn’t hurt. I have a very bad right knee. I have had surgery and injections but nothing has helped. One session of Cryo Therapy I have a range of motion in my knee.
