My daughter had an appointment this morning at 10am and nobody was at this salon and Tikisha is not responding to messages or calls. We drove an hour to this appointment . This situation is unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. Gas prices are too expensive to play games like this. We made our appointments far ahead of time and nobody contacted us to cancel. I’m extremely disappointed in this salon and I thought Tikisha was professional and just awesome prior to this. What a waste of time and money!
