I waited 45 mins while seated for a pedicure. It was 5:00 not busy at all. I tried to be polite so I was just waiting on my phone. I get up to leave because I am a mom and can’t be gone for hours and since they don’t want to lose a customer they hurry to get foot bath finally started. The lady rushed my scrub and massage and even my gel nails. 55$ for this ??? They also raised their prices in a ridiculous way for this kind of treatment. Halfway through a guy comes up asking if I can pay right this second so he can go home early. I didn’t mind because I wanted to leave right away for such unprofessionalism from the very beginning . I will not be coming here again. I am so disappointed in this business and not just from personal experience either. I don’t know why I keep trying to give them another chance. I really don’t know how they still have customers.

Don’t recommend at all. I needed a simple soak off and manicure and was seated with Lupe. She was rude and had an attitude from the very beginning. I was asked where I got my nails done previously and when I stated somewhere else she proceeded to talk to her coworker about a previous client who had ugly nails that she has to redo. She was clearly hinting at her distaste for mine as well right in front of me. I was burned with the same drill bit repeatedly without any concern or apology. She made rude comments about how stiff I was which should have been an indicator she poorly positioned me and was being extremely rough. Overall the entire experience was uncomfortable and I felt she overcharged me based on her own personal feelings.$67 for a gel manicure and soak off is a bit steep. I even asked for one coat just so I could leave faster. I come from and understand what it’s like to be in the service industry and try to tip anywhere from 15-20. This girl got $7 from me but the best tip I can give this chick is to quit your job or do better.

There’s only two good nail techs there and it’s hard to get them. The guy that did my nails this time was supposedly the manger and also a beginner nail tech which doesn’t make sense. He did my nails horribly and was rude about it. When I asked him to fix them. He was raising his voice and accusing me of being wrong. I will never be returning here again. I would advise u not to come.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got a spa pedicure and nail dip with tips here. The pedicure was fine, the facility is clean and my lady was friendly which is why I’m giving 2 stars. My gel polish is a bit spotty and not good quality. My nails however, look terrible !! Professionally I need to keep my appearance nice and these nails look like a child did them. They are crooked, lumpy and the dip was only applied twice over the tips so you can see where the tips are. I got gel polish over the dips and they are spotty and the lumps really show. I had another friend tell me she had a bad experience with her acrylics here, but I was in a bind and they were close. I got a spa pedicure and nail dip with tips here. The pedicure was fine, the facility is clean and my lady was friendly which is why I’m giving 2 stars. Came here and had a pedicure done by Mike. All I can say is WOW! This place is BEAUTIFUL! I made an appointment and had a little bit of a wait, which is understandable because it’s graduation season. Mike took great care of me and was very gentle. I could tell he is very detail oriented and works hard to do great work. The entire vibe in the salon was calm and relaxed, which I attribute to the salon leadership. Great job! I will definitely return here!

The absolute worst experience ever having a pedicure. I came here off of the recommendation from someone I work with as I’m just in the area for work. The lady started to fill up the tub with cold water until I told her that the water is cold. Her response was that it was going to get hot meanwhile it was still filling up with cold water. Finally she listened and let it run until it got hot. Then the lady that was supposed to do my pedicure walked around for 15 mins while I’m waiting and the water is getting cold again. Mind you there are people coming in after me and are getting serviced right away. The lady saw the way I was looking at her and then she’s going to say just a moment I’m coming. At that point I was just done but I stayed and got my pedicure because I really needed one. But she did not get a tip and then when I asked to speak to the manager she proceeds to tell me oh he’s not here he’ll be back in 10 minutes. I’m sure he was still there. This place has poor customer service, staff with attitudes, talk about you in their own language. I would not recommend this place to my dog!!! If I could’ve given zero stars I would have but you have to give at least one star in order for your review to post

I’ve been to this place twice. First was for a gel fil and the tech did an amazing job. I went back again for a pedicure and the person who did it cut my cuticle so bad that I was bleeding. Then he sprayed my feet with alcohol or something and it burned so bad! I brought it to his attention and all he said was “sorry” and continued working. My toe still hurts and is red after 3 days. I then got a gel fill after that and I was happy with that.
